About Anne McPheeters

I grew up in Biddeford Pool, graduated from Waynflete School in Portland in 1999, and from William Smith College in 2003. After stops in Boston, Vermont, and the US Virgin Islands, I found my way back home to Maine in 2007 and began my real estate career.

 

I now hold a Broker’s license and, since 2014, have been the 3rd highest-producing agent in dollar volume for Biddeford. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. I find that my local knowledge, combined with understanding clients’ goals, good communication, strong negotiating skills, and attention to detail help me stand out from the competition.

 

My wife, son daughter, and I now reside in the Willard Beach neighborhood of South Portland. While I continue to be rooted in the Biddeford Pool community, having served as a trustee of the Biddeford Pool Yacht Club and as the Treasurer of the Biddeford Pool Land Trust, I am also active in the booming real estate markets in the greater Portland area. Wherever you are in Southern Maine, I have the local knowledge and expertise to help you with your purchase or sale.
