About Brian Castle

Born and raised in New Hampshire, Brian’s spent his former years splitting time between the mountains and ocean. His overwhelming love for surfing and New England led him to a continued education at the University of Rhode Island School of Business. An entrepreneurial mindset carried him to Kennebunkport Maine where he landed an internship working at a brewery, and hasn’t left Maine since. His deep gratitude and connection to the ocean is what he credits most of his most significant life events to, including meeting his wife Lilly, who he met in the water at Kennebunk beach. 

Before entering real estate, Brian spent years owning and managing restaurants, experiences that took him all across Maine, from Eliot to Carrabassett Valley. Along the way, he gained a deep appreciation for the state, its communities, and the people who call it home. His time in hospitality taught him the importance of communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and, most importantly, putting people first. Working in a fast-paced environment where no two days were the same also taught him to stay calm under pressure, adapt to challenges, and build genuine connections. All skills that naturally carry over into the way he works with his real estate clients.

Brian’s passion and knowledge of the area are apparent from the very first conversation. He has experience working with a wide range of properties, from single-family homes to luxury and commercial properties. His clients range from first-time home buyers to those searching for a vacation retreat or a property with business potential. His diverse experience allows him to approach each transaction with a well rounded understanding of the unique needs and goals of his clients.
