About Corinne Goulet

Corinne joined OceanView Properties in 2015. She takes great pride in her diligent protection of her clients’ investments while successfully building strong working relationships with her peers in the industry. She grew up along the banks of the Saco River overlooking UNE and Camp Ellis. Her first summer job was at the lobster pound that was in the building where OceanView Properties’ Biddeford Pool office is now located. Corinne still lives locally with her kids and rescue dog. When not occupied with work or home improvement, Corinne can be found outdoors enjoying all that Maine’s seasonal variety has to offer.

From our clients

“Corinne acted as our buying agent for our dream home in Fortune’s Rocks. This was a 4-month journey that began with a home visit in late August and ended with the closing in early January. From the moment we met Corinne, we were completely at ease with her professional, knowledgeable and comfortable style. We never felt any high-pressure sales tactics, nor did we ever have any question or concern that went unanswered. Corinne played an instrumental role throughout the sale and closing process, continually keeping us informed on developments. Because of the conditions brought on by the pandemic, she went “over and above” on many occasions; coordinating inspections and testing, and even acting as our “eyes and ears” when we couldn’t be there. She also conducted multiple tours of the home and property to ensure that all items had been addressed satisfactorily prior to closing. Corinne was a true ally and advocate of our needs, and we would recommend her in a heartbeat!”
