About Linda Flint

I moved to live year-round in Cape Porpoise from Concord, MA in 2003 after summering in Kennebunkport since 1978. With 30 years of experience managing my own commercial and residential properties, becoming a real estate professional was an obvious and comfortable transition. 

I joined Ocean View Properties in 2007. I have a deep love, appreciation, and knowledge of this community having spent ten years as a Kennebunk Area historic tour guide. Representing both buyers and sellers, my success over the years stems from my strong communication skills, extensive knowledge of the local market, personal attention I give my clients, and most of all my genuine enthusiasm for the work I do. I take pride in guiding my clients through every step of the buying and selling process.

Outside of Real Estate, I believe strongly in volunteerism and served on numerous boards during my time in MA including Boston Symphony Orchestra Junior Council and New England Baptist Hospital League. Currently I am a member of the Kennebunkport Land Trust, the Island Institute, and St. Ann’s Episcopal Church in Kennebunkport having served several years on their Vestry Council. I am a proud grandmother who loves traveling to Massachusetts to cheer on my grandchildren at their ice hockey games.
