About Linda Ruskoski

It is with great joy and gratitude that I have joined the real estate professionals at OceanView Properties, located in the charming seaside community of Cape Porpoise, Maine. Since 1989, I have been a real estate broker in York County and beyond. My focus has been primarily in our local area. Recently, I have expanded my business to lake properties, and my first island! Paramount to being a realtor is to represent my sellers and buyers with the utmost care and respect in order to have sellers obtain the highest and best price for their properties and assist buyers in finding their perfect vacation or year-round home.

The Cape Arundel area of Kennebunkport has been part of my life since 1970. First as a summer resident from New Jersey, and then as a year-round resident since 1987. I have never looked back! In 1970, I became a founding member of the Edgcomb Tennis Club at Kennebunk Beach. Currently, I am a member of the Eagle Rock Yacht Club.

In my “free” time, I never tire of listening to the sounds and smelling the aromas of the sea whether gardening, playing tennis, restoring antique dollhouses, or supporting the treasured Puffin Birds of Maine. I cherish summer Sundays at St. Ann’s Church.
